EARLY ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATION:

During this time Mr. Mike Kornhauser (RIP) although not a property manager performed in that capacity for the Developer. He was the one who supplied gate key remotes to the residents, collected the first years assessment, and programmed the keypad directory at the gate. The Developer through Mr. Kornhauser directed the minor administration as necessary, the rest being handled by the Developer. Mr. Kornhauser was involved with Associaiton administration from August 1998 until August 2000.

PRE-TURNOVER ADMINISTRATION:

The govening authority for the Association was the Developer. The Advisory and Transition Boards were both created by the Developer with the goal of preparing the residents to take over administration and control of the Association prior to 'Turnover'. The Advisory Board was created first (02 October 2000) followed by the Transition Board (created March 2002). The end of the transition period and the term of the Transition Board was marked by the handover of the Association to the residents from the Developer, at the election of the first elected Board of Directors, 15 October 2002. This first Elected Board served until the Election of the 2003 to 2004 Board of Directors on 21 October 2003.
