YEAR IN REVIEW:

The following is a list of the issues/accomplishments that were resolved by the Board in the 2011-2012 term:

Florida Power added electric light on top of a pole at Florida Avenue Community entrance.

Updated FEMA Flood Zone Re-classification information made available to residents.

Agreement for Melbourne Police to patrol inside the community was approved by the Melbourne City Council.

Irrigation drainage ditch on the west side of the entry repaired in a timely manner!

ELEVENTH BOARD:

The table to the left represents the members of the eleventh elected FCHOA Board of Directors. This Year's Board Members are listed in the following table. Since the nominees were not more than the prescribed 9 maximum board members, no election process was required and the nominees automatically became this year's Board. The Bylaws is the governing document for this process.
