AUTHORIZATION

The Board of Directors may, by resolution, also create other committees and invest such committee with such powers and responsibilities as the Board shall deem advisable, subject to the limitations of Section 607.0825, Florida Statutes. This is true of all such committees with the exception of the Architectural Review Control Committee which is established by the Covenants and Restrictions. These committees linked from this page, with the exception of the Architectural Control Review Committee, were established by the Board of Directors, after the 'turnover' in October 2002. These committees are deemed as active committees within the communty.
