Scheduled Board meetings for 2025 and 2026 are/were held at Baptist Church of Melbourne.
Wherever meetings were going to be held, as always, residents were welcome to attend each meeting. A Sandwich Board/Sign was placed just inside the gate entrance to the community at least 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting, designating where and when the meeting was to be held.
