FLORIDA STATUTES:

Two Statutes Fla 617 and 720 effect the administration and management of Homeowners Associations. Much of the language and wording in these Statutes can be found in the governing documents. Fla Statute 617 covers not for profit Corporations in general, so only some of the sections are more relevant to Homeowner Associations and are listed. Fla Statute 720 is specifically titled Homeowners Associations and thus is totally Applicable as a source of state laws which govern the administration and management of Homeowners Associations and supercede any and all governing documents of the Association and hopefully are not in conflict with same.
