GOVERNING DOCUMENTS:The provisions of these Documents are applicable to the Association, and are expressly subject to the terms, provisions, covenants, and conditions contained therein. The Binding Documents being those recorded with the local govering authority, the City of Melbourne, Florida, are the Covenants and Restrictions, By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement, upon which compliance is required by the Association Members and subject to the terms, provisions, covenants, and conditions contained in those Documents. Other Documents which are relevant but non-binding serve as guidelines for effective and efficient conduct and execution of administration processes, not excluding any Boards or Committees of the Association. The Melbourne City Codes and Ordinances shall be the final and highest governing authority and document in all situations and events.
