PARK LOCATION

No sign presently marks the entrance to the park from inside the subdivision. However, the entrance to the 3 foot wide path is between lots 75 and 76 on Spring Oak Drive. Following this path bearing slightly to the left will lead the resident to the park.

FOREST CREEK SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, located in the southwest section of the city of Melbourne, on Florida's east coast. We are a gated, private, residential deed-restricted community which at build-out will consist of 156 homes, 14 of which are outside the gate. These 14 homes are no less a part of our community. One of our amenities is the park, designated 'preserve area' in Phase I of the sub-division. On October 15, 2002 the Homeowners Association Administration passed to the residents. The criteria of having 90% of the homesites sold has been acknowledged as being satisfied at a meeting between the Transition Board of Directors and the Developer.

Forest Creek Park is located in Phase I of the subdivision. The area the park encompasses can be seen on this map, highlighted in yellow. The park is 4 acres of grass and trees with a stream bordering the north edge of the park.
