AUTHORITY:

The Florida Statutes require that the Association provide a year end accounting to its members. To that end an Audit Committee is established to facillitate the accounting and creation of the end of year statement each year in January. The actual closing of the books will occur at the end of January 2004 with the actual audit to be conducted in February 2004.

MEMBERS:

Volunteers were requested at the Board of Directors meeting on January 13, 2004. Board Members Robert Carmichael and Bob Mathews volunteered for this important committee. 2002 Board Members will be contacted to ascertain their interest in serving again on the committee in 2003.
