The Governing Documents, specifically the Covenants and Restrictions call for the establishment of a Architectural Review Control Committee (ACRC) to be the approval authority for improvements/modifications to the exterior of residential structures as well as modifications to any of the Common Areas that fall within the responsibility of care of the Association.
The Governing Authority over the Coveants has and will always be City, State and Federal Laws and Codes. In other words, where there is a conflict between our Community Covenants and Restrictions and a State of Florida Statute, the Florida Statute shall be the Governing Authority.
